Terms of Service

1. The Service

Audify is an AI-assisted security scanning tool for source code. It analyzes code you submit and returns findings, suggested fixes, and optional PDF reports. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis — it is a developer aid, not a guarantee that your code is secure or production-ready.

Important: AI-generated audit results may contain errors or miss real vulnerabilities. You are responsible for reviewing findings and making your own security decisions before shipping code.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse rate limits, or attempt to circumvent payment restrictions.

3. Plans and pricing

• Free tier: one anonymous security scan per visitor, with limited results.
• Single Pass ($12): one-time payment for a full audit unlock and PDF export.
• Audify Pro ($29/month): subscription with up to 100 scans per month, ZIP archive scanning, unlimited PDF exports, and priority processing.

Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal (linked from your account) or by contacting us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by law.

5. Refunds

Single Pass: if the audit fails due to a technical error on our side and we cannot deliver results, contact us within 7 days for a refund or credit.

Pro subscription: you may request a refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment if you have not substantially used the Service (defined as fewer than 3 completed audits). Contact jakubhajdamach@gmail.com.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit code you do not have the right to analyze
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service
• Use the Service to scan malware or content intended to harm our infrastructure
• Share account credentials or resell access without permission
• Circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or Pro-only features

7. Your code and intellectual property

You retain all rights to code you submit. By running an audit, you grant us a limited license to transmit your code to our processing providers (including OpenAI) solely to perform the analysis you requested.

We do not claim ownership of your code or audit results. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle submitted code.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AUDITS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF ERRORS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
